Echo Charlie Labs, Inc. · Florida
The agency booker, for everyone.
HeyBooker is made by Echo Charlie Labs, Inc., the Florida company of solo founder Eric Carr, for the models and actors who don’t have a booker of their own.
HeyBooker is not a talent agency, not an employer and not a casting director. We don’t represent talent or send photos to anyone: you apply, and HeyBooker helps you find and prepare.
Why it exists
At a top agency, a booker finds the castings, pitches you, submits you and chases the callback. Most working talent doesn’t have one. They have five casting sites, an inbox of newsletters, a dozen Instagram accounts to check, and a feeling that the right casting went by last Tuesday. HeyBooker started as a tool for one working model to stop missing castings, and became the booker everyone else was missing too.
What it does
It reads casting calls from casting platforms, agency boards, Instagram and TikTok, scores each one against your profile with a model that is written down in full, screens out the scams, and drafts the application for you to approve. It tracks what you sent and what came back. It works in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. It never sends anything you didn’t confirm.
How it is paid for
By subscribers. Finding and applying is free; Pro is a monthly subscription for the AI-heavy parts. There are no ads, no fees from casting directors or platforms, and your information is never sold. That is what lets the scam shield say no to a listing and the score say no to a casting that isn’t you.
What it is not
HeyBooker is not a talent agency, not an employer and not a casting director. Casting calls are third-party public postings, shown with attribution and a link to the original. Match scores are recommendations for you, never a ranking of you for anyone else.
How to reach me
Email hello@heybooker.app. I read everything: bugs, a casting that slipped through the shield, a score that was wrong. The support page has the common answers, and the privacy policy says exactly what the app collects and why.
