Where do the castings come from?
HeyBooker aggregates publicly posted casting calls from casting platforms, agency boards, and social media, then scores each one against your profile. Every listing links to its original source.
Is a casting guaranteed to be legitimate?
No — we screen for common scam patterns and flag suspicious posts, but always use your own judgment. Never pay to apply or to be "considered."
Does HeyBooker apply without my approval?
No. Drafts are prepared for you; nothing is sent until you confirm.
Is HeyBooker an agency?
No. HeyBooker doesn’t represent talent and doesn’t submit anyone to casting directors on its own. It finds casting calls that fit you, scores them against your profile and helps you prepare applications you review and send yourself. If you want representation, an agency is the usual route — reputable ones never charge upfront fees.
Can I email you my photos to be considered?
No — we can’t hold or forward photos sent by email, and nobody at HeyBooker submits you anywhere. Photos go in your own profile inside the app, where you choose what each application includes. For talent under 18, a parent or guardian sets up the profile.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed on the web at heybooker.app — open your profile and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions are sold on the web only, so there is nothing to cancel in Google Play.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, applications, and activity, and cancels any subscription. If you can't sign in to do this yourself, email hello@heybooker.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
