HeyBooker ("the Service") aggregates publicly posted casting calls, matches them to your profile, and helps you prepare and send applications. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. A parent or legal guardian may create a managed profile for talent under 18; the guardian is the account holder, accepts these Terms on the talent's behalf, and is responsible for work permits, contracts and supervision. Managed profiles carry no contact details or social accounts for the minor — the guardian is the contact on every application.
Your content & conduct
You own the photos and profile information you upload and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g., attaching your comp card to applications you send). You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping it, submitting fraudulent applications, or misrepresenting your identity.
Castings are third-party content
Casting listings come from third-party platforms and social media. We screen for common scam patterns but make no guarantee of any listing's accuracy, legitimacy, or outcome. Never pay to apply, and use your own judgment before sharing personal information with casters.
Applications you send
Drafts are AI-generated for your review; you are responsible for what you send. Applications submitted through connected accounts (e.g., Casting Networks) are made under your credentials, subject to that platform's terms.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Termination & deletion
You can delete your account (and all associated data) at any time from Profile → Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
